EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICIES FOR PRODUCTS, PRIVATE CONSULTATIONS & OTHER SERVICES

1. Payments for all products and services made through any of the payment methods (cash, cheque, bank transfer, credit card, online payments through 3^rd party vendors are NON-REFUNDABLE.
2. Exception to clause 1 will be allowed in the following cases only
   1. Cancellation of a course by us, in which case a full 100% refund / credit note will be given to the client.
   2. Death or serious health reasons stated by the client with hospitalization. Proof of such illness (such as doctor’s medical certificate, hospital bills) will be required to be submitted by the client to claim the refund.
3. Cancellation notice or reschedule request for private consultations/therapy sessions must be given at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, otherwise the advance paid will be either forfeited or utilized towards the next purchase.
4. Cancellations advised less than 24 hours prior to appointment, will be subject to an amount equal to the full session fee. We reserve the right to deduct the amount from the package of sessions purchased or charge the client during their next visit.
5. Strictly no-exchange, no-refund for any digital products purchased.

EVENTS, WORKSHOPS AND COURSES

1. To register or enrol for an event/workshop/course, at least 50% of the fee will have to be paid in advance. Balance 50% must be paid at least 48 hours prior to the course. This can be different for different events/courses.
2. If the full course fee is not paid at least 48 hours prior to the course, a late payment penalty of AED 200/= will be charged to the client and taken along with the course fee.
3. In case of no-show, advance payment will not be refunded. However, if the client notifies in writing at least 24 hours before the course, advance paid can be utilized towards other services and no cancellation fee will be charged. If such a notice is received less than 24 hours prior to the course, cancellation fee of AED 200/= will be charged to the client.
